MAIL RACE UPDATE: We have now received 10 responses from the following states: Alabama, Maine, Pennsylvania, Utah, California, Oklahoma, Washington, Nevada, Texas, and Colorado!
We have just finished up our Great Mail Race project! We did research on the great state of Alabama, found schools in all of the 50 states, and then learned the letter writing process. Each student wrote a letter to a 5th grade class in another state and then we sent them off! We are patiently awaiting responses!
